Instruction and Warning:
HOW TO USE:
Hold the bundle at a 45 degree angle and light with a match or lighter. Let it burn for a few seconds and then gently blow it out. You should be left with a continuous trail of smoke. Wave the smoke around your home to clear surrounding negative energies and invite peace into the space. To lengthen burn time, gently blow on embers.
- Light your Dragons Blood White Sage Smudge Bundle. It should be smoking but not on fire.
- Start at the furthest point from the front door and move around your home to each corner in each room, hallway and closets. Work your way from each room towards your front door.
- Keep moving the sage in a circular motion, making sure you get the smoke in all corners of your home. You may need to relight you sage bundle throughout this process. To make burn time last longer, blow lightly on the embers.
- Use a feather to lift stagnant energy and guide the smoke during your ceremony.
- Repeat your ceremony cleansing mantra throughout the burning process.
- Continue until you get to the front door, open your door and let the negative energy free to go out of your home.
- Use an abalone shell or ashtray to collect the ashes. Place your sage smudge bundle in the shell or ashtray when you are done, it will go out on it's own.
